Yes, we offer professional sharpening and custom heat molding services at all our physical store locations. If you purchase skates online, you can bring your receipt to any branch for a complimentary first bake.
What is your return policy on used equipment?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on unused equipment in its original packaging within 30 days. Items like jocks, mouthguards, and sharpened skates are final sale.
How long does shipping take for heavy items like goals or bags?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. Larger items may require specialized freight handling and might take an additional 2-3 days depending on your location.
Do you provide team discounts for bulk orders?

Is my purchase covered by a manufacturer warranty?
Most composite sticks come with a one-time 30-day replacement warranty from the manufacturer. Protective gear and skates typically carry a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects.
