At Just Hockey, we want to ensure you have the right gear to dominate the ice. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your hockey gear is in its original packaging, unused, and still has all manufacturer tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box before dropping it at a designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new size within 5 business days.
